1098-T General Information
 
The 1098-T form is used to assist you in determining if you are eligible for an Education Tax Credit.  It is an annual statement regarding activity in your Park U. student account during the calendar year.
 
Park University provides the opportunity for students to receive their 1098-T form online. IRS regulations state that each student who wishes to receive their 1098-T form electronically must also complete an electronic consent. If you have already consented to receive the 1098-T form electronically in the past as a Park student there is no need to consent again. You will not be able to retrieve the form until after January 31, 2025.

Consent to electronically obtain 1098-T Form

Enter Site ID: 10656

Username: Your user name will be your Park University Student ID

Password: Your password will be the last four digits of your social security number.

If you changed your password in the past, you will use that same password. If you can’t remember please click “forgot password”. If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be prompted to change your password. It is important to remember your new password as this is what is needed to obtain the form later on.

Once you have entered your new password, you will be presented with the online consent form. Please read the form and if you agree click the “Consent” button.Once you consent you will not be mailed the 1098T but will have to return to the website and after January 31, 2025 to view/print a copy.

Password: Your password will be the password you choose when consenting to receive the form electronically. If you can’t remember please click “forgot password”.

Directions: At the top left hand portion on the website select the drop down for the year as 2024. After 2024 is selected, you can click on the view/print 1098-T that is directly under it.

FAQ

When will the 1098-T form be mailed and what address will it be mailed to? Forms will not be mailed until the last week of January 2025.  If you chose to receive a paper form, it will be mailed to the mailing address you have on file with Park University.  If you need to update that mailing address, please email REGISTRAR@PARK.EDU.
