Commencement information and updates will be sent to your ID@park.edu student email; be sure to check it often or forward to a personal email as graduation and commencement messages will be sent to your Park email. In addition, you will want to visit www.park.edu/commencement for updates.

If you need to change or cancel your participation in the ceremony, please contact commencement@park.edu

To be eligible to participate in the Spring commencement ceremony, graduation candidates must have submitted an Application for Diploma no later than March 15, 2025.

Important Deadlines for Commencement

  • Students participating in the Kansas City Area May Commencement Ceremony must submit their Diploma Application by March 15th to participate in the ceremony and to be included in the commencement program.
    • Note: Students who do not plan to walk in the ceremony must submit a diploma application by end of their final term to have the degree posted for that term. 
  • Students who plan to participate in a Campus Center Ceremony need to submit their application with the appropriate ceremony selected 60 days prior to the ceremony date. 
  • Diploma applications are due by the last day of the student's final term for the degree to be conferred for that term. Applications received after that will be reviewed for conferral at the end of the upcoming graduation session.

    GRADUATE Transfer and Substitution Request Form

    The required form is for GRAD Program transfer and substitution documentation.  The form must be filled out and uploaded to the student file.

    UNDERGRADUATE Transfer, Sub, and Waiver Request Form

    Staff will need to provide the form to students when requested and assist them in filling it out. This form should also be used when international transfer credit is requested.

    **In order to have a Transfer Course Equivalency Change reviewed, the student MUST have official transcripts and an initial evaluation complete.

    Exception Form Instructions:

    1. Fill out the form in its entirety.
    2. Send the form to the Program Coordinator (PC) for approval.
    3. Send the finalized form with appropriate signatures to evaluators@park.edu to be processed.
