Rates of pay for Student Employment will be as follows or state minimum wage whichever is greater:

             1st year = $12.30/hr.

             2nd year (returning to same position/dept) = $12.80/hr.

             3rd year (returning to same position/dept) = +$0.50 extra

             4th year (returning to same position/dept) = +$0.50 extra

** 5th year returners and going forward will make no more than the amount for 4th year or State Minimum Wage ***
